Review of Trauma (3A)

In general all was good. It would be nice for the family to have a key person to speak to regarding care etc.

The hospital were very kind from the moment we went through the door until we left and i don't think we could've been treated with more respect and dignity. The hospital was very clean and looked very efficient. Thank you for looking after my mum :)

My times in hospital last year were numerous. I felt well looked after but also felt the nurses were under great pressure and ther was a lack of staff at times. I was mobile and therfore it was not a problem but others seem to wait longer for a bell to be answered

I spent time in the Neuroscience ward on a couple of occasions, and felt very well looked afer. all nursing staff were fantastic and looked after myself and others on the bay that I was in brilliant, can fault them at all. wow what a brilliant team there is there... I have to also say that the even right down to the tea trolley man breakfast people, lunch people as well were all very courteous and kind and had a caring way about them too when they used to visit with our meals for the day etc.. Made the whole experience of recovering from a horrid and serious operation more bearable, keep up the good work everyone at John Radcliffe neuroscience wards... outstanding care all round .

Really glad i came to this hospital, i felt i was thoroughly looked after by every person involved. I have been back fairly regularly for various reasons & each & every time has been just as brilliant!

I can only judge from my own experiences, which have been mostly in the Department of Neurological Surgery. I expect if I turned up at A&E on a Friday or Saturday night, pissed out of my mind, I'd have a different story. But even in those cases : kudos for the doctors and nurses who would treat me.

from the moment I entered the building, all staff were most helpful, the building was well sign posted to enable me to get to the right department.

Most staff were really wonderful but a few were less so, particularly one nurse was very rude to me. It was always very clean.
